【Job Responsibility】 ◆Full set of accounting -Daily accounting operations -Month-end closing -Making various reports after month-end closing -Quarterly closing (inputting consolidated financial data into the head office's own system) -Interim closing (preparation of various data and reports, response to auditors) -Year-end closing (preparation of various data and reports, response to auditors) -Payment by Internet banking -Accounts Receivable Processing -Payroll calculation and payment -MPF enrollment and monthly applications -Filing of salaries tax returns with the Tax Department -Filing of CBC Reporting Notification (transfer pricing) -E-mail communication with the accounting department at Japan HQ (not much) ◆General affairs (Repairs, contract renewals, orders, etc.) -Communication with vendors Telecommunications company (office phone, internet, cell phone) Distilled water company Copier company Document management company Real estate agency for company housing Cleaning company Management office Local courier company Overseas express company -Purchasing supplies and stationery -Answering visitors (answering the doorbell) -Support Director and Administration Manager ◆Others -Submission of product ideas (monthly) -Submission of improvement proposals (monthly) -Security training (irregular) -Evaluation by creating MBO (twice a year)
