・アジアを中心とする取引先から食材、日常用品、生活雑貨、ホームインテリアの仕入業務全般
・価格交渉、原価低減
・仕入先選定、新規ベンダー発掘、資材金額の取りまとめ
・市場ニーズや商品分析に基づく新商品の企画・開発
・納期管理、納品受け入れ、仕分け
・購買市場調査
・発注折衝等
・日本本社へのレポート業務等
・その他関連する業務
<Job Responsibilities>
• Work closely with Japan Headquarter, Vendors overseas, and Logistics;
• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to achieve company objective;
• Establish and maintain effective margin and price controls which maximize business profits;
• Communicate with vendors for merchandising needs, costing, and ensure the goods delivered on a timely basis;
• Formulate and implement the merchandise, buying, and pricing strategies for designated categories to increase category penetration, drive sales and margin, enhance competitive edges and capitalize on market opportunities;
• Monitor daily inventory, set up order forecast, implement daily replenishment and merchandise distribution;
• Maintain, evaluate the existing vendor portfolio and source new potential vendors for vendor pool;
• Analyze market and competitor data and consumer trends to assist in developing future buying plans;
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and visit stores periodically;
• Conduct data analysis and product review to understand market dynamics and identify market opportunities;
• Follow up on sampling, pricing, order placement, and quality control;
• Other ad hoc projects assigned

・英語:ビジネスレベル
・カテゴリー・マネジメント知識がある方
・大手チェーン店で経験がある人
・ビザサポートあり
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Purchasing or related discipline
• At least 15 years of merchandising experience
• Native Japanese speaker
• Fluent English speaker
• Profound knowledge in Category Management
• Experience in chain-store operation is highly preferred
• Visa sponsorship available
