Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and implement compliance policies, regulations, guidelines and procedures
- Prepare routine/ special compliance reports for submission to the senior management and/ or the holding companies
- Monitor, evaluate and conduct relevant compliance checking to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and requirements
- Provide compliance advice and related support to various business stakeholders
- Assist in conducting internal compliance training
- Provide compliance support to the affiliated companies where necessary
- Handle ad-hoc compliance-related project as and when required
Requirements:
- A university degree in accounting, auditing, law, risk management, business administration, finance or other relevant subjects
- 3 years of relevant previous experience preferably gained in accounting/ audit firms, consulting firms, law firms, listed companies, financial institutions or regulatory bodies
- Additional qualification/ experience in the areas of general compliance, AML, KYC and data management and protection would be a plus
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
