Requirements
- Experienced in Business Planning or HR/Admin is necessary, managerial experience is required
- Fluent in Japanese and good in Mandarin
- Experienced in Administration, management and some Accounting duties experienced is preferred
- Strategic thinking, good in communication
Responsibilities
- As the manager of both Business planning department & HR/Admin Dept, involving in planning HR Management Strategies and corporate development
- Driving HR & new business planning, cost management
- Plan & Promote new projects for brand building strategies
- Secretarial duties are also required
- Ad-hoc translation (Japanese - Cantonese)
