Our client, is a securities group listed in Shanghai Stock, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Responsibilities
•Originating and assessing potential corporate finance projects, including IPO, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities.
•Exploring potential new clients and maintaining client relationship.
•Taking a leader role to pitch deals and preparing proposals to clients.
•Cooperating with the execution team, ECM and other departments.
•Keeping abreast of market development and changes in rules and regulations in Hong Kong.
Requirements
•Degree Holder from a reputable University.
•Good portfolio and connections in capital market of Hong Kong and PRC.
•Minimum 10 years of corporate finance experience in Hong Kong.
•Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
•Greater China exposure will be advantageous.
•Good communication and presentation skills.
