Job Descriptions :
- Directly report to CEO
- Assist group strategy development by doing survey, research for feasibility study related to Retail, Manufacturing and Property Development Projects, market analytics and trends for APAC or beyond markets
- Work with senior management to prepare business presentation and proposals for high level pitching
- Drafting business proposals and plans , management reports according to management input
- Assist CEO in meeting preparation, agenda drafting, notes taking
- Prioritize meeting schedules, business trips, itinerary...etc.
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders eg. Government bodies, Bank, Legal Institutes and etc for business activities
Requirements :
- Degree in Business Management or related;
- Minimum 3 years working experience and preferably 2 years in a Strategic Management Consulting Company;
- Possess good personality, cheerful character;
- Understanding of Strategic Management and Industry specifics will be at first priority;
- Proficient in both English & Chinese including Mandarin speaking;
- Proactive, possess excellent Secretarial skills, Communication skills and Organizational abilities, Detail & Analytical minded and Decision making;
- Fast paced and able to work independently with minimal instructions
