Our Client is an European corporation with primary manufacturing operations in Italy and Germany and an administrative headquarters in the United States. Established in 2010, it's HK branch focuses on developing and innovating its products building up the quality and reputation that it is currently enjoying today. It has become one of the world's leading brand for its particular products. It is positioned as a wellness company, known for creating lifestyle products that blends the technology with savvy design to make the world a more comfortable one. Our Client partners with international furniture and fashion houses in special projects in which well-known designers and artists take part. They are now seeking a savvy professional to take charge of their products' sales and marketing in China. It is a China-based role:
Job Responsibilities:
- Independent in mapping out and implementing sales and marketing strategies and activities for the brand in China across all platforms (Retail, Wholesale & Internet).
- Responsible for the administration as well as leading the sales and operation team in China to work with Strategic Partners i.e. international brands
- Set up sales channels with wholesalers and retailers such as shopping malls, department stores that distribute high-end designer brand products
- Achieve the annual sales target
- Responsible for the sales and marketing for the existing retail points as well as opening new shops
Desired qualities:
- Degree holder from a good university
- 5 – 8 years’ track record in sales and marketing in China market, preferably in products like bedding , home textile, furniture, or products contributing to healthy living etc
- Demonstrates leadership in managing a team while hands-on in administrative work
- Experienced in opening shops in China. Network with high-end department stores and shopping malls is desired.
- Innovative in promoting innovative products
- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Travelling is required
