Our client, a Japanese trading company is looking for a talent as below.
Duties:
・Handle customers' requirements, orders and enquirers from clients in Asian countries
・Prepare all set of documents for purchase order, goods return, shipment and delivery
・Coordinate with client, Logistics and factories to meet clients satisfaction
・Responsible for sales data input, sample arrangement and document filing
・Maintain the quality system
Requirements:
・At least 2 year workig experience as customer service or sales coordinator in manufacturing or trading company
・Knowledge or experience of importing/exporting, trading duties is a must
・Good command of Mandarin and English, Conversational level of Japanese is a required
・Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
・Experience in using SAP is an advantage
・Immediate available is preferable
