Our client, a financial services group, is now looking for a Japanese speaking Executive Administrative Assistant to join them:
Responsibilities
•Provide wide range of administrative support to the Management Office
•Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, conference calls, video conferences, trainings, Town Halls etc.
•Effectively co-ordinate multiple schedules and plans across International time zones
•Arrange business trips and handle Travel & Expense reimbursement claim submission
•Office administration and assist in ad hoc tasks from time to time (i.e. new hire set up, office supplies procurement)
•Senior Management Visitor management
•Any other administrative support and/or ad hoc initiatives as deemed necessary by Management Office
Requirements
•Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an administrative capacity in a multi-national organization, banking or financial institutions
•Well-organized with ability to multitask
•Have strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
•Flexible to work as a team and also be able to work independently
•Good client orientation and communication skills
•Proficiency in English. and Japanese
•Ability to handle pressure and constantly moving schedules
•Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
