Key Responsibilities:
Our client, a famous Japanese insurance company is now looking for the following candidate -
- Act as account handler for servicing and marketing the existing corporate clients and intermediaries
- Develop and maintain good and close business relationship with customers
- Maintain and enhance customers’ satisfaction through participating in all kinds of sales and marketing activities
- Handle and answer clients inquiries effectively and efficiently
- Provide sales and administrative support to seniors
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline
- 2 - 3 years of account management experience in financial services industry is preferred
- Good customer services, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- “Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese” or “Native Japanese speaking and business level of English is required”
- Hands on PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Professional insurance qualification such as ACII, ANZIIF or partial fulfilment of these professional qualifications is preferred
