Our client, a famous company, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Duties:
•Provide household and personal secretarial services and support to top management
. Manage chairman 's schedule and arrange travel schedule, meeting and coordination
•Handle general coordination and administrative work
•Back up support between team members on any ad-hoc matters
Requirements:
•Degree or above
•Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
.8 years’ working experiences in Secretary field and with 3 years experience in serving top management
•Good computer knowledge and familiar with MS office and Chinese word processing
•Well organized and systematic, detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills
