Our client, a Japanese trading company is now looking for the following candidate -
Responsibilities
- Implement routine personnel functions, including recruitment, performance assessments, compensation and benefits, training and development as well as other related HR management activities.
- Improve & enhance current HR systems in the region including but not limited to policy & procedure set up, salary basis and structure refinement, training and development planning, personnel data base establishment, taking into account the differences in terms of labor market and cultural variations between each station in Mainland China.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR management;
- More than 8 years working experience, at least 4 years in a HR management role covering key areas of HR functions including recruitment and resources planning, compensation and benefits, training and development. Working experience in Japanese sizable company is preferred;
- Familiar with the Labor Laws in China/ Hong Kong
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of staff and external service suppliers.
- High proficiency in oral and written English & Mandarin, Japanese speaking would be an advantage but not a must.
