This education consultancy in Hong Kong specializes in admission counseling and related training services for students aspiring for top-tier boarding schools and universities across North America and Europe. With branch offices in overseas, they service clients everywhere from Greater China to Southeast Asia. With a growing office, they have room for an HR Officer.
Responsibilities
Working in an office of 40, the HR officer will
• Perform recruitment function independently, from job ad drafting and posting, sourcing, selection, interview, to on-boarding, work visa, and orientation;
• Coordinate staff training and company activities, performance appraisals and exit procedures;
• Update HR policies and standards to match changing business needs;
• Administer staff travel, logistics and medical scheme;
• Assist in other ad hoc duties.
Qualifications
• Degree holder with 2-4 years of related experience; non-degree holders with a solid track record are also welcome to apply;
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations (PRC experience is a plus);
• Strong interpersonal skills with solid written and spoken English and Chinese; Proactive and positive team player;
• Mature and independent thinker, able to communicate with staff members in different business units at all levels;
• Flexible and resourceful, ability to multitask and work under pressure and deadlines.
