< Job Duties >
- Responsible to HR duties but not limited to recruitment and termination, on- boarding and off-boarding formalities.
- Maintain and update staff leave, attendance and employment records
- Handle MPF and medical benefit administration
- Prepare monthly reports
- Handle all round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office supplies, filing , office equipment maintenance, and stationeries and pantry's supplies etc..
- Support the Ad-hoc projects Assigned by senior management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Above 3 years HR experience is a must
- English : Business level
- Mandarin: Business level
※Communicate with JP Manager / use in meeting
- Very well versed and knowledge in HK Labor Law
- Working experience in Japanese company is a must
- Working experience as HR in Retail or Service industry is highly preferred
- Work Under pressure
- Flexible and independent with good communication skill
