＜担当業務＞ ・弊社顧客（工場）の貨物の保管・荷役・出荷実施している倉庫の業務管理 （倉庫自体の業務は委託先が実施） ・倉庫からの出荷に関わるSEA/AIR出荷・入庫の管理（BL作成等はHK物流部にて実施） ・今後の倉庫借上げによる業務立ち上げ ・顧客からの倉庫作業等の見積もり対応 ・顧客窓口、クレーム対応等 ・事業計画管理・月次の業績管理 ・部下育成・評価 ・その他関連する業務 ・事業計画管理と月次業績管理 - 部下の育成と評価 ・その他関連業務 <必要なスキル / 経験 > ・倉庫関連での経験又は、豊富な知識 ・英語ビジネスレベル必須 ・3~4年程度のマネジメント経験があれば尚可(部下は9名程度) ・広東語、北京語ができれば尚可
