Our client is a Japanese industrial company. They will expand their business in HK and overseas market and is going to start their office in October at TST. They are now looking for an assistant helping their set up and secretarial duties. Please refer to the following details:
Requirements
- At least 2 years working experience, experience in logistics field is welcome
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Japanese
- Independent, detail-minded and with good communication skills
- Provide secretarial support to Japanese Manager, e.g. translation, interpretation and schedule arrangement.
- Manage HK office’s administration affairs while Japanese manager is in business trip.
- Contact with Japanese headquarter and customers
- Handle delivery, manage inventory
- Update and maintain data in system
- Handle any ad hoc duties
