Our client, a Japanese Company, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Responsibilities
•Supervise a small team to provide full office administration supports such as office supplies and equipment procurement, repair & maintenance, expenses reimbursements & reporting, travel arrangements
•Responsible for leasing affairs, vendors contract renewal, employment visa application & renewal, insurance renewal
•Responsible for recruitment & selection, payroll calculation, company handbook review & renew
•Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
•Diploma holder or above
•All rounded Admin & HR experience with minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory level
•Conversant in Employment Ordinance
•Result-oriented, detailed-mind, team player with strong sense of responsibility and initiative
•Able to work independently and under pressure
•Fluent Japanese is a must
