Our client, a F&B company, is now looking for high caliber candidates as the following:
Job Duties:
•Liaise with clients and handle market development duties
•Undertaking outdoor sales activities
•Taking order and making delivery if necessary
•Develop and motive the sales team and offer appropriate training
•Participating in promotional activities e.g. food fair
•Conduct competitor analysis and sales forecast
•Control and monitor stock level
•Other ad hoc works as required
Requirements:
•Degree or above
•5 years or above sales experiences, preferable in food and beverage industry
•Good command of written and spoken English and capable of communicating in Japanese is absolutely an advantage
•Have an ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques throughout the sales cycle, and negotiates terms and offers within permitted parameters
•Be mature, aggressive and results focused with demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and long hours
•Good communication skills in coaching and influencing both internal and external parties
•Good knowledge in using Excel and Word
•Immediately available is preferable
