Our client, a leading Japanese electronic manufacturer is now seeking a right candidate to join their team for following position.
CSR Supervisor (Japanese Speaking)
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage environmental auditing for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and assist to prepare CSR report to the top management.
- Work with Supplier and Customer for maintaining effective CSR management in procurement activities
- Support and monitor procurement related contracts / security information between Company and Customers/Suppliers
- Provide administrative support including internal office supplies control
Requirements :
- Degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience or procurement operation experience, experience to handle CSR project is preferred.
- Good communication skill and negotiation skill in Japanese (Japanese Proficiency Test Level 1) is highly preferred.
- Mature with ability to handle multi-task independently, able to work under pressure and deadline driven
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Willing to travel to PRC for factory audit when required
- Immediate available is an advantage
