Our client, a famous Japanese trading company dealing with factory automation products is seeking high caliber applicants for the following position:
Japanese Speaking Customer Service Coordinator
Job Description:
Order processing, prepare shipping documentation with full set LC knowledge
Follow up orders with various suppliers, monitor and coordinate logistics arrangement
Handle customers’ & factories’ enquiries
Assist the Manager for daily operation and any ad hoc projects
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree holder related to Logistics or Sales Administration
At least 3 years on customer services/ sales administration/ shipping field
PC literate; profound experience in Microsoft Excel; Access and PowerPoint
Good English and Mandarin, Japanese is preferred
