Our client, a Logistics company is looking for a suitable candidate with the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
Customer service for Logistics business (Window between Japan and Hong Kong)
Collaborate Sales division with team concepts
Good communication skill, Dynamic, Confident and presentable
Customer service with good hospitality, service minded personality
Requirements:
High Dip or above
2 year experience in logistic field
Effective interpersonal, communications, problem solving and telephone handling skills
Customer-focus, flexible, initiative and able to work under pressure
Good spoken & written English, Japanese and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
Good PC knowledge especially in MS Excel
