Our client, a Japanese company which providing financial service to the corporate client, is now looking for the following suitable candidate -
Job Description:
- Work closely with CEO
- Assist the CEO/top management with strategic planning and execution of business plans
- Prepare and present business proposals and attend business meetings
- Communicate with internal & external stakeholders on various projects
- Strong operation and process background in finance
- Lead and manage small team (mainly secretarial and project team) in order to achieve the company goal
- General management duties related to day-to-day business operations
- To identify, develop and build business networks and key persons to secure business
- To follow up closely with all outstanding issues
- Various documents preparation pertaining to projects assigned
- Attend strategy meeting and prepare cashflow
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree holders of Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Confident, articulate, outgoing and well-organized
- Mature, self-motivated, pro-active, responsible and helpful
- Candidate who are interested in finance and marketing will be an advantage
- Excellent Management Experience and Leadership skills
- Excellent proficiency in Cantonese, English, Mandarin and Japanese is MUST
- Flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new situations
- Well organized, diligent, initiative and willing to learn
- Good presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Self motivated & creative
- Able to multi task and a good team player
- Experience in business development;
- Frequent and irregular raveling is requested
- Immediately available is preferred
