業務内容: 自社と関連会社含む下記業務の管理統括が主になりますが、実務的に対応すべき時もあると想定しております。 人事業務: ・労務管理全般 ・入退職者の手続き、管理 ・勤怠管理、給与計算 ・就業規則改訂 ・組織のニーズに合わせた人事制度設計と改善 ・採用活動(面接設定~入社までのサポート、応募者管理等) ・その他関連業務 総務業務: ・株主総会、取締役会事務局 ・オフィス環境の改善、会社法に関連する登記業務と管理 ・各種データおよび備品管理 ・その他関連業務 The main responsibility is to manage and supervise the following duties in the company and its affiliates, however we assume you deal with them practically when necessary. HR Duties: ・General labor management ・Procedures and management of new and retired employees ・Attendance management, payroll calculation ・Revision of work rules ・Design and improvement of personnel systems according to the needs of the organization ・Recruitment activities (interview setup ~ support until joining the company, applicant management, etc.) ・Ad hoc duties General Affairs Duties: ・General Meeting of Shareholders, Secretariat of the Board of Directors ・Improvement of the office environment, registration and management related to the Companies Act ・Management of various data and equipment ・Ad hoc duties ・日本上場企業での人事・総務マネージャーとして5年以上の経験 ・関連会社含め管理統括できる方 ・日本語流暢(N1レベル) ・英語と中国語の能力があれば尚可 ・More than 5 years of experience as a Manager/Director level in HR and Admin department at listed companies in Japan ・Be able to manage and supervise including affiliated companies ・Fluent level in Japanese (N1 level) ・English and Chinese abilities are advantages
