Our client, a Japanese sizable company, is looking for a customer services Officer meeting the requirements below.
Job Duties:
• Work with internal teams for all kinds of inventory management activities including new & EOL item management, supply & demand gap management, safety stock review.
•Conduct demand forecasts, production planning & stock level optimization.
•Analyze Sales patterns, Stock replenishment & Inventory level in weekly cycle.
•Develop Issues Checking Tools & procedures in supporting Inventory control.
•Investigate possible causes of inventory issues & follow up resolutions.
•Prepare periodic & ad-hoc KPI reports to identify opportunities for enhancements.
Requirements:
•Degree holder in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines preferred
•JLPT N1 holder, good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
. at least 1 year or above relevant experience preferred
•Hands-on experience with SAP preferred
•Sensitive to numbers, good analytical and communications skills
•Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge in computer skills
•Self-motivated, detail-minder and able to work under pressure in a team environment
