Our client, a famous Japanese electronics trading company is now looking for the following candidate to fulfill their elite team -
Duties
- Reconstruct present logistics lines including plural warehouses by integrating to single line to maximize storage capability and minimize the logistics cost.
- Rearrange warehouse work flow to minimize the picking & packing time.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Depts. of subsidiaries in Dongguan, Vietnam and Japan Headquarters
- Monthly logistics report to Japan Headquarters
- Monitor daily operations of logistics team and ensure the procurement, shipping and warehouse operations are most efficiency & just in time delivery at a minimum cost.
- Budget control by negotiate with suppliers, forwarder & warehouse, who has to cut prices to meet our company’s target.
- Looking for new supplier and forwarder to evaluate it by KPI to find out which supplier and forwarder can provide most additional value to our company.
- Contact customer and sharing updated information to logistics team to meet customer require.
Requirement
- Degree holder or Advance Diploma in Logistics Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of logistics experience in managerial level with preferably in Electronics industry
- Able to work independently with good integrity, mature, interpersonal and presentation skills and hard working
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, Japanese is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , Chinese word processing and hands on ERP application
- Perform business trip to Dongguang and Vietnam
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Logistics Manager.
