Our client is looking for a suitable candidate with the following requirements:
Requirement
-F.7 or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience
-Fluent in Japanese, Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
-Experience in Japanese company and electronics field is preferred
-Proficient in MS Office Applications like MS Excel, Word and Outlook
-Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and hard working
-Able to work independently
Job Description
-Handle general sales supporting duties such as prepare quotation, issue invoice, delivery arrangement, sales order management
-Provide assistance for Sales team on sales forecasting, issue sales report and any other ad hoc duties
-Follow up the payment with customer
-Liaise with Japan Headquarter and other group companies in China
-Other ad hoc duties
