仕事の内容
<Job Responsibilities> • Follow up entire order processing, including customer & vendor orders, samples and delivery control, shipment arrangement, import & export declaration • Prepare invoice, packing list, and provide clerical support • Follow up forecast from customers and update forecast to vendors • Inspection data input of trading item (as per customer’s request) • Support stock control (prepare monthly stock report, support stock take (Twice a year)) • Prepare monthly sales report, and forecast for coming 3 months • Issue credit note, debit note • Co-ordination between customers, vendors, group affiliated companies • Support environmental investigation • Filling documents (PO, Invoice, agreements, etc) • Update monthly shipping expenses check list • Support quarterly audit (by auditor) • Support internal audit (Once a year) • General affair-related duties • Ad hoc duties
応募条件
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Diploma/ higher diploma/ associate degree or above • English passed in HKCEE / HKDSE • Business level of English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese in written and spoken. • At least 3 years of relevant experience (shipping, trading) • Excellent service attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills and mindset to corporate as a team • Immediately available is preferred ※Candidate Information may share with group companies
