Job requirements:

・At least 2 or 3 years of relevant experience in shipping/logistics/importing/exporting.

・Knowledge of shipping invoice.

・Good negotiation skills with service suppliers.

・Good communication with clients and team members.

・Good command of Japanese and English

・Working experience with using the system SAP is advantage.


Job description

・Mainly hande with invoice, packing list, dealing with shipping companies

・External communication with warehouse and factory if necessary

・Internal communication with other departments regarding shipment inquiry

・Responding to customers, forwarders and insurance companies in some cases of goods damage or complaints
