Our client, a Japanese financial institution, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their team:
Responsibilities
• To be in charge of full spectrum of secretarial and administrative duties
• Assist in organisation of Directors’ meetings
• Coordinate travel schedule and travel arrangement, such as, updating the itinerary, air-ticket and hotel accommodation reservation and transportation arrangement
• Responsible for handling incoming calls, greet and serve visitors and guests
• Liaise with Japan HQ & CPA firm
• Handle documentations
• Prepare financial statement and cheque
• Assist in any ad hoc duties
Requirements
• Experience as Secretary or Administrator in Japanese company
• Proficient in Japanese and English
• Good command of MS office
• Team player with stable working history,Flexible,Sociable
