Our client is an innovative company in travel industry. A leading company to provide an attractive travel package to customer. They are now seeking a right person to join their team. Detail as follows:
Responsibilities:
•To provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director
•To prepare incoming and outgoing business correspondence, meeting minutes, handle phone calls and maintain good documentation systems
•To coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangement and so on
Requirements:
•F.7 or above with formal secretarial training
•With around 10 years secretarial experience
•Conversant with PC applications, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
•Good verbal and written Chinese and English, knowledge of Putonghua is an added advantage
•Meticulous, well organized, and can work under pressure
•High sense of responsibilities and excellent interpersonal skill
•JLPT N1, prefer study or some living experinece in Japan
