Our client, a famous Japanese retail is now looking for the following candidate -
Job Description:
- Assist the Manager to supervise the front line sales team to deliver quality customer service.
- Responsible for customer inquiries according to the standard service time and service standard.
- Carryout investigation and cross team collaboration in order to settle complaint in a professional manner.
- Travel to Japan for the products sourcing
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above.
- With good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Customer oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently with good telephone manner.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Japanese, English & Mandarin.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
