<Job Responsibilities> ・Slip processing: Invoices and PO management, about 50 to 100 sheets per month ・Accounting operations: Payment management to suppliers, internal expense processing, etc. ・Entering data into the accounting agency in the specified format and confirming the received data ・Shipping-related: Management of documents related to the shipment of containerized flights to the head office in Japan ・Other: Miscellaneous tasks such as MPF procedures and various contract procedures ・伝票処理：InvoiceやPOの管理、毎月50〜100枚程度 ・経理業務：仕入先への支払管理や社内経費処理など ・指定フォーマットで会計記帳代行会社へのデータ入力、受領データの確認 ・出荷関連：日本本社へのコンテナ便の出荷関連書類の管理 ・その他：MPF手続きや各種契約手続きなどの雑務 <Necessary Skill / Experience > ・At least 1 year of accounting work experience (in Japanese company is preferable). ・Above conversational level of Japanese.
