<Job Responsibilities> • Manage a team of Client Success representatives' daily operations by providing mentoring, training, and performance feedback • Oversee account openings, KYC processes, remittances, and cash management to ensure smooth functions • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and instruct the team to upsell and cross-sell clients • Apply your expertise to resolve complex issues and interpret policies for optimal customer service • Ensure compliance by updating policies and regulatory requirements • Communicate with the IT Engineer team on a regular basis to enhance user experience • Report to the JPHQ • クライアントサクセスチームの日常業務を管理 • 口座開設、顧客確認（KYC）プロセス、送金、現金管理を監督し、円滑な業務運営を確保 • プロモーションキャンペーンを企画・実行 • 専門知識を活かして複雑な問題を解決し、最適な顧客サービスのためにポリシーを解釈 • ポリシーと規制要件を更新し、コンプライアンスを確保 • User eXperience（ユーザーエクスペリエンス）を向上させるため、ITエンジニアチームと定期的にコミュニケーション • JPHQに報告 <Necessary Skill / Experience > • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields • At least 5 years of banking/finance experience in account operations and management • Fluent/Native Japanese speaker with conversational English skill • Proficient in MS Office • Visa Sponsorship will be provided • 大卒以上 • 銀行／金融業界経験5年以上 • 日本語：流暢・ネイティブレベル、日常会話レベル英語能力 • MS Officeに精通 • ビザスポンサーシップをあり IT company established in Hong Kong.
