Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
•Working with sales director to achieve sales target
•Making visits to clients to understand their needs and marketing existing and new services to them
•Handling customers' incoming calls and email enquiries on our products and services
•Making sales calls and arranging meetings with potential clients
•Closely communicate with internal departments for case investigations and follow up with customers proactively
•Prepare/update quotations for superiors and customers
•Manage marketing executives
•Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
•University graduate
•Minimum 5 years solid experience in customer service and handling complaints
•Track record in sales roles and marketing services for professional services firms
•Customer oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a MUST
•Good command and fluent speaking of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
•Positive, passionate, self-motivated, patience, supportive and able to work independently
•Good knowledge in Internet, MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
•Immediate availability preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered for senior marketing executive role.
