Our client, a Japanese Service Provider, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Assistant:
Job Description:
· Handles and answer enquiries from Clients and Customers.
· Assess insurance claims, issue bills
· Assess pending items and report to manager
· Process account payable and receivable
· Handle of the Japanese emergency hotline
· Adjustment with the hospitals
· Standby for urgent assistance duties(an interpreter at the outside, support of the return home in Japan, etc)
· Provide service to visitors
· Update hospital information and make confirmation
· Compile reports
· Perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job requirements:
· At least 3 years customer services experience with the knowledge in Insurance would be an advantage
· Excellent presentation skills and customer service skills with professionalism
· Good command in both spoken and written in Japanese
· Prefer people who had lived or worked in Japan, good in using
· Fluent in Japanese, English, and Chinese
· Computer proficiency in MS Office and Chinese
· Immediately available would be an advantage
