Key Responsibilities:
· Act as account handler for servicing and marketing the existing Japanese corporate clients and intermediaries · Develop and maintain good and close business relationship with Japanese customers · Maintain and enhance customers’ satisfaction through participating in all kinds of sales and marketing activities · Deliver quality services to customers by responding to client enquiries effectively and efficiently, providing quotations, assisting in claims settlement and handling complaints, etc. · Provide sales and administrative support to seniors
Requirements:
· University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline · Minimum 4 years working experience in financial services industry · Experience in account development / management will be of advantage · Team player with good customer services, communication and interpersonal skills · Native Japanese speaking and business level of English is required · Hands on PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

As a representative of the EAM business holding SFC licenses Type 1, 4, and 9, you will be primarily engaged in the following two tasks: in front office operations, (i) Business development: Develop business with prospective clients introduced by existing referrers and promote relationship building as a Relationship Manager (RM), which includes: - responding to the identified needs of prospective clients by providing solutions, creating proposals, and maintaining close relationships through ongoing follow-ups. - Sourcing of appealing solutions to UHNWI (prospective clients) residing in Japan and referrers, and promotion of client referrals by providing proposals to referrers.
