Native Japanese Customer Services Officer
Responsibilities:
•Makes phone calls for clients to business customers, prompting them for payment of past due invoices •Gathers data and enter them in systems according to clients’ requirements
•Communicates in native Japanese via telephone, e-mail and fax to our client’s customers to update them on status of their accounts
•Takes other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
•Tertiary education or above
•Customer Service and/or Collection experience from telecom industry an advantage
•Can work in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task
•Proactive, flexible, with good communication skills
•Native Japanese speaker proficient in spoken and written English
•Good PC skills in MS Office. Knows the basic usage of Excel
•Has valid work visa for employment Hong Kong
