Our client, a famous Japanese electronics trading company is now looking for the following talent -
- All-rounded secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director
- Handle all diary schedules and travel arrangements
- Prepare and consolidate information for agendas, reports and presentations
- Liaise with Japanese-speaking business partners and client on Company's behalf.
- Assist the director with both business matters
- Carry out any ad-hoc projects as required
Requirement
- At least 5 years’ working experience in sales and marketing of electronic consumer products / business solutions products
- Native Japanese speaker, with fluent English. Knowledge of Chinese will be a bonus.
- Confident user of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Independent, cheerful and energetic personality
- Works well under pressure in a fast-pace environment
