Our Client, a major Catering Service Company is now looking for the candidate as below;
Duties
- Develop national clients food services strategy with the Hong Kong Managing Director within the company's strategy framework.
- Lead the Operations team to deliver the defined strategy and performance.
- Work in close collaboration with the Finance Director to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Analyse the business figures in close collaboration with the Finance Director in order to take action and anticipate financial impact of any event that could affect the P&L.
- Lead and / or support integrations of new business mobilisations
- Develop and agree strategic plan for national client business development
- Coordinate with the Managing Director and Sales Director the right market analysis and the target priority for a profitable growth.
- Develop and agree national client relationship programs.
- Ensure constant contact with Key national clients in order to retain our clients and keep and develop the quality of all services.
- Support the Sales team in developing bids and responding to tender invitations as appropriate.
- Increase service scope and penetration with existing national clients by providing additional products and services to meet consumer’s needs.
- Utilise retail categories to drive profit through optimising product offering to maximise profitable sales.
- Drive step change in management of cost of food and products through supply chain, strategic sourcing and menu / recipe planning.
- Ongoing forecasting of future requirements within the team. Support One Resourcing solution bringing quality people into the business
- Take ownership for induction, talent management and succession planning sharing resource plans for the function
- Develop purchasing and logistics strategy in line with Hong Kong and group's guidelines including:
- Health, Safety and Environment
- Reduction and management of Approved Supplier List (ASL) and Approved Purchasing List (APL)
- Supply Chain Strategy
- Compliance and measurement
- Retail management
- Menu & recipe planning
- Take responsibility for own actions, make a positive contribution to the health and wellbeing of colleagues, customers, the communities
- Dynamic and motivational leader with ability to develop and manage a large and diverse team to deliver results
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, clients, consumers and suppliers
- Multi-site foodservice experience
- Fluent in Cantonese and English. Mandarin would be an advantage
- Degree level education
- Multinational Company experience is preferred
