Our client is one of the leading fortune 500 Electronics Manufacturer in providing OEM/ODM Electronics parts for Communications, Computing, Healthcare, Military, Aerospace and Industrial Automation.
Function : Handle PCB design, part of packaging design process in Product Development, support Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to realize design.
Job Responsibilities :
1)Design highly density Printed Circuit Board (PCB) in collaboration with Design Engineers to meet Customer requirement
•Understand complete cycle of PCB design from schematic entry, final gerber output to PCB vendor support
•Work with Design team and Supporting Team to ensure PCB’s meet customer specification, Manufacturing standard, Safety standard, etc.
•Generates Component symbols and PCB footprints as needed
•Identify problems and coordinate with related internal and external parties for solution
•Ensure that PCB layouts are implemented in accordance with Manufacturing and Electrical testing guidelines.
2)Help design engineer to perform Mechanical / Electrical Testings as needed
•Understand customer specification, test plan, test procedures and equipment setup
•Setup , configure, verify and operate test equipment
•Acquire test data, compile test report and file in an orderly manner
•Communicate test result with customer counterpart when necessary
Job Requirements :
•Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 2-3 years’ experience in PCB design
•Experience in Cadence Allegro, Power Supply, PCB material/price/process
•Familiar with Office Software
•Excellent PCB Design skill
•Understand IPC standard spec process
•Self-motivated, able to work under pressure
•Able to communicate accurately
•Written/spoken English n Mandarin
•Willing to support Build/Test activities
