Our client, a commercial bank, is now looking for high caliber candidates as follows:


Relationship Manager (Mid-Cap), Commercial Banking


Job Descriptions:


•Manage a portfolio of commercial clients who need financial services and customized products to meet their financial needs


•Prospect and generate new business by focusing on enhancing existing relationships, and identifying opportunities for uptiering


•Interview prospective clients to collect information concerning their business needs, desires, abilities, and earnings to determine the business opportunities


•Use analytical skills and knowledge of credit policies required to evaluate the financial condition of the clients, make credit recommendations for Management’s approval



Requirements:


•Degree holder in Business, Economics or related disciplines is preferred


•Minimum 5 years of banking experience in trade financing and commercial banking


•Knowledge of the principles of commercial credit and lending policies and standards


•Strong business development skills and proficiency in the financial services/products offered to middle market companies


•Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

    金融業界スタートアップの先駆者として、グループ内の外部関係者、特にクライアントをグループに紹介できる関係者との関係を構築、および管理する責任をお任せします。 SFCライセンスタイプ1、4、及び9を保有するフロントオフィス業務、EAMビジネスの代表者として、主に以下2つのタスクに従事していただきます。 (i)事業開発: 紹介者とのビジネス展開 既存の紹介者から紹介され、関係構築を促進 リレーションシップ マネージャー (RM) には、以下が含まれます。 - 超富裕層顧客の特定されたニーズに応え、継続的なフォローアップを通じたソリューション、提案書の作成、緊密な関係の維持 - UHNWI(超富裕層顧客)への魅力的なソリューションの調達 - 日本居住紹介者、およびクライアント紹介の促進 - 紹介者への提案の提供 (ii) クライアント獲得: (i)で言及された紹介者と関わり、クライアントを容易にするためCMの機能、システム、条件、およびプラニングを考慮した紹介。 Be responsible for developing and managing relationships with external parties within the group, particularly those who can introduce clients to our group. As a representative of the EAM business holding SFC licenses Type 1, 4, and 9, you will be primarily engaged in the following two tasks: in front office operations, (i) Business development: Develop business with prospective clients introduced by existing referrers and promote relationship building as a Relationship Manager (RM), which includes: - responding to the identified needs of prospective clients by providing solutions, creating proposals, and maintaining close relationships through ongoing follow-ups. - Sourcing of appealing solutions to UHNWI (prospective clients) residing in Japan and referrers, and promotion of client referrals by providing proposals to referrers. No particular area of expertise is required, however, candidate with sales experience, a proven track record and successful work experiences is preferable. - As business trips to Japan is required to develop and maintain good relationship with referrers, we value those who have experience of such activities in Japan. - You are not required to bring your current clients onboard, however, you are demanded having the skills to cultivate your own client base upon joining our group. - It is important to possess a strong sense of consciousness towards revenue and cost, or experience in revenue management. - Language skills: Native Japanese is a must and business-level English is preferable (in order to obtain the required SFC licenses). - As you will be targeting UHNWIs residing in Japan, you must have the sensitivity to recognize their demand, and the experience and skill set to correspond and satisfy their needs - Strong desire to succeed in the overseas startup finance business by taking the initiative
