Our client, a Japanese company mainly providing recycling paper , is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team;
Responsibility:
• Provide sales administration support to sales team
・Responsible for administration
• Liaise closely with sales team and handle regular Sales & Administration duties including preparation of quotation, order processing, logistics arrangement and etc.;
・Communicate closely with staffs and GM
• Handle ad hoc projects;
Requirements:
• At least 1 years relevant working experience;
• Good command of English
• MS Office applications with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
