Our client, a Japanese electric company is now looking for the following staff -
■Job requirements:
-Business level in English and Mandarin is MUST , conversational level in Japanese is preferred
-At least 1-2 years working experience as sales coordinator or shipping clerk is a must
-Proficient in MS Office Applications like MS Excel, Word and Outlook
-Good communication skills, cheerful, able to work independently
■Job duties:
・Handle general sales supporting duties such as prepare quotation, issue invoice, delivery arrangement, sales order management
・Liaise with Japan Headquarter and other branch staffs
・Follow up the payment with customer
• Assist in any ad hoc duties
