Our client is one of the famous Japanese manufacturers of Precision Motors is looking for the Manager of Business Administration with the following requirements:
Duties
•Visit clients (mainly in Hong Kong) ), hear about their production needs from clients, and report the information to Factory
•Promote Company Electronic components to end customers with maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Prepare various sales reports and data consolidations
・Handle customers’ enquiries, preparing documents, delivery control, data entry etc.
•Business trips to Shenzhen and Dongguan is required when necessary(once a week)
•Handle any ad hoc duties
Requirements
•At least 2 years of relevant experience in electronic industry or manufacturing company is required
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Proficiency in MS office applications
•Good command of English, Mandarin, basic level of Japanese skills
