- Responsible for preparing the full set of accounts
- To go to shops that sell their wines
- Handle Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Bank Balance and Petty Cash
- Responsible for the daily accounting work, month end closing and bank reconciliation
- Monitor cash flow
- Monitor and follow up AR aging overdue
- Preparation of monthly schedules
- Provide clerical support including data entry, payment process and cost control
- Assist of general admin operations
- Handle ad-hoc jobs
・事業計画作成 (毎年度の予算計画)
・すべての帳簿管理、財務関連の諸表作成など
・キャッシュフローのチェック
・既存取引先法人のサポート業務
・月次決算補助および月次計画の作成
・一般的な総務オペレーションの補助
・その他Ad-hoc業務
-Higher Diploma or above
-3 years or above relative experience are necessary
-Proficiency with MS Word and Excel are highly important
-Experience in retail industry is preferred (Experience of Food & Beverage is highly preferred)
-Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
-Good interpersonal and communication skills, patient, careful and detail-minded
-Immediate available is preferred

・英語and 広東語ビジネスレベル
・香港で就業可能なビザをお持ちの方
