Our client, an European insurance company, provides a diversity of insurance products and financial planning services, is now looking for high caliber candidates to join their corporate office.
SENIOR DEVELOPER/DEVELOPER, BUSINESS SOLUTIONS
Responsibilities
- Ensure all application systems development / changes (including analysis, coding, testing and documentation tasks such as URS preparation) are completed on time and with good quality
- Ensure all documentation are completed on time, maintained up-to-date and with good quality
- Ensure efficient and effective development methodologies, protocols and standards of practice are followed properly
- Assist in computer operations and technical services (special machine setup for special applications) where appropriate
- Perform user support, training and cross team knowledge transfer where appropriate
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Degree Holder in Computer Science / related studies
- Minimum 1 year experience in leading IT functions, preferably within insurance industry
- Knowledge of database transactions and SQL programming
- Good knowledge in IT system designs and technical capabilities
- ITIL foundation certification is an added advantage - Preferably to have knowledge in Oracle Database and PL/SQL, MS SQL Database and SSIS, C# Programming, Crystal Reports, .Net
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese, fair in Putonghua
- Fresh graduates will be considered as Developer, Business Solutions
