Our client is a most famous and biggest automotive parts manufacturer in Japan.
Their Hong Kong office was established in this year as an International Procurement Office
which is in charge of purchasing/buying every various automotive parts or electric parts from all regions as China, South Asia, Europe, America,
and supplying them to specific automotive assembly shops located in 広州, Thailand, etc.
Now They are looking for Senior Executive or Executive/ Production Control.
[Job Duty]
-Responsible for receiving order procedures
-Receive order from each group company over the world, and order to suppliers over the world
-Delivery management with contacting to logistics forwarders or trading companies
-Management of accepting and ordering the products and Import/exports producys
-Manage of Importing /exporting to overseas brunches
[Requirements]
- At least 5 years working experiences in Industrial production control, shipping and logisitics operation with facttories all over the world
- Knowledge of importing and exporting duties
- Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin, and conversation level of Japanese
- Proficient in using Excel, and basic ability to use Power Point, like able to make presentation reports
- Experience in reporting to Japan head quarter is preferred
