· Report to HR Director directly
· To manage the recruitment and selection process, and benchmark the best market practice periodically
· To assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and process flow to cope with business development needs as well as to achieve
operation excellence
· To prepare and analyze reports for management review
· To liaise and work with staff/HR Director to improve HR functions
· To support HR team's ad hoc projects and employee relations
activities
· To support and perform quality improvement activities
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
· Minimum of 5 -7 years relevant experience, preferably in Apparels/Fashion Industry
· Familiar with Recruiting function and handling partners
· Strong PC skills
· Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
· Mandarin speaking is required
· Some travelling to China is required
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Energetic, detail oriented with positive thinking
