Our client, a Holdings company, head quarter in Hong Kong, is now looking for a potential candidate as the followings;
They have started the recruitment of the person who will be responsible to make the strategy for all their group companies.
※With over 20 subsidiaries doing operation and sales over the world.
[ Job Duty]
- Develops decision making process of the top management team and enhance the group company business management by establishing and operating whole group management cycles to commit the aggressive growth strategies
- Organize and facilitate top management meetings such as annual general meeting, board meeting, other management meetings
- Improve and operate group company business management cycle which includes gathering and analyzing group performance and coordinating annual planning process.
- Especially, design and implement key performance indicators to enhance group company management and establish operation cycle
- More than 3 years' experience in corporate / business management area
- Prefer who has experience working in major Business Consulting firm or in-house corporate planning, Holdings Company.
- Must be experienced in corporate planning, strategy, Business Management or consulting project
- Experienced in implementing key performance indicators for organization management would be a plus
- Experience to coordinate annual business planning and monitoring cycle
- Experience of leading and managing department or section
- Professional appearance and good inter-personal skills with top management members
- Native Japanese Speaker is preferable

- Salary: Will not be less than HKD50,000
