Our client, a Canadian Banking Group, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Responsibilities
•Supporting PBS China team members on customer related issues
•Being the key liaison between Greater China and Canada
•Manage Hong Kong sales team to achieve financial target (potentially adding team members in the future)
•Developing and maintaining a network in Hong Kong to increase the visibility of BMO and build a strong referral source to generate new business.
•Effectively executing managerial and cross functional accountabilities and authorities.
Requirements
•Undergraduate University Degree or equivalent with minimum 5years Sales Management and/or Sales/Service Manager experience.
•Expert knowledge of banking products, services, processes & procedures and organizational awareness, in-depth knowledge of mortgage lending
•Good understanding of banking operation in Canada.
•Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•Strong people skills, able to collaborate with teams in Canada, China and Hong Kong/Singapore
•Expert communication and problem solving skills
•Detail oriented and Multi-tasking skills
•Proven leadership and management skills
